Guidelines for cancellations and fee refunds.
Please note that the registration fee of Rs. 200 for the Dainik Jagran INEXT Bikeathon Season 18 is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under normal circumstances. Once the registration is successfully completed and the payment is processed, we cannot issue a refund if you choose not to participate or are unable to attend the event.
In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate deduction from your account for a single registration, the extra amount will be refunded. To claim a refund for a duplicate payment, please provide proof of the duplicate transaction (bank statement/transaction IDs) to our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
If the Bikeathon event in your selected city is canceled entirely by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the organizers will communicate the next steps regarding potential refunds or adjustments.
If the event is postponed, your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date. In such cases, refunds are generally not provided, but queries will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible refunds (e.g., duplicate payments) will be processed back to the original source of payment within 7 to 10 business days after the request is verified and approved by the organizing team.
