Bikeathon Season 18 | Dainik Jagran inext

By registering for and participating in the Dainik Jagran INEXT Bikeathon Season 18, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Registration

Participants must ensure they are physically fit and capable of completing the cycling route.
Registration is confirmed only after the successful payment of the Rs. 200 registration fee.
Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.
Registration details cannot be altered or transferred to another individual once submitted.

2. Participant Responsibilities

Equipment: Participants are required to bring their own bicycles in good working condition. The organizers will not provide bicycles.
Safety Gear: Wearing a safety helmet is highly recommended for all participants.
Conduct: Participants must follow the designated route, obey traffic rules, and comply with instructions provided by the event staff, volunteers, and traffic police.

3. Health & Medical Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge that cycling is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. You declare that you have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation. In the event of an emergency, the organizers will provide basic first aid, but Dainik Jagran INEXT and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or property damage sustained during the event.

4. Event Modifications

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event route, delay the start time, or postpone/cancel the event due to extreme weather, security concerns, or directives from local authorities. Any such updates will be communicated to registered participants via email/SMS.

5. Media & Photography Consent

By participating in the event, you grant the organizers the right to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of your participation for legitimate promotional purposes across print, digital, and social media platforms.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
