1. The organizers do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information at the individual level regarding any participant of Bikeathon to any third party vendors.
2. The basic information of participants filled in the registration form is stored by the organizers for identification of participants in the event.
3. On rare occasions or wherever relevant, the organizers may contact the participants using the data provided by them to communicate the details of Bikeathon, or any similar event which the organizers deem relevant and believe is of interest of the participant.
